These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, programs, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Propaganda Media FZ-LLC, doing business as Clip Curator Academy ("we," "us," "our," or "Company").

By accessing our website, submitting a scholarship application, enrolling in our program, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

The Clip Curator Academy program ("Program") is an educational and coaching program that includes pre-recorded course modules, live coaching calls, written SOPs, community access, and templates designed to help students launch and grow a clipping agency. Access to certain elements of the Program is provided through third-party software platforms, including Wix and Base44. Continued access to those platforms requires that you maintain an active subscription with the platform directly.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Enrollment, Payment, and Subscriptions

Enrollment in our scholarship program is, at the time of enrollment, provided to qualifying applicants at no direct cost to you. You are responsible for any third-party subscription fees, including but not limited to your monthly Wix and Base44 subscriptions, which you pay directly to those providers.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the scholarship program at any time without prior notice.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute any part of our Program materials, including course videos, SOPs, templates, or coaching call recordings.
• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with our Services.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other students, coaches, or staff.

Violation of these rules may result in termination of your access to the Program without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Program — including course videos, written materials, SOPs, templates, branding, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Propaganda Media FZ-LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written consent.

7. No Income or Earnings Guarantee

Results from using our Program vary, and the case studies, testimonials, and student wins we feature on our website are not typical or guaranteed. Building and operating a clipping agency requires significant effort, time, and skill, and we make no guarantee that you will achieve any specific level of revenue, clients, or success. Your results depend on your own work, market conditions, and many other factors beyond our control.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Propaganda Media FZ-LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Propaganda Media FZ-LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Program at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Program ends immediately.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts located in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Material changes will be communicated through our website or by direct notice. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
